Culture in Wakesize

I. Unite but respect the difference

  • Gather the strengths, complement the weak

  • Protect the weak, etc.

  • Standing alone makes it difficult to do great things, Unity makes strength

  • Team unity: members must unite with each other, team leaders must build a spirit of solidarity

  • Corporate solidarity: groups must coordinate and unite to carry out the mission. Company leaders must unite to lead the company.

  • Respect individual differences: interests, abilities, appearance, personality

II. Consistency but openness, creativity

  • Harmonious, unifying naturally, without conflict
  • Unify words, actions, and thoughts
  • Personal consistency: dare to say dare to do, integrity, keep promises
  • Team consistency: stick to goals and plans
  • Company consistency: stick to the vision, mission

Consistency does not mean lack of openness and creativity. It's about being open, consistently creative:

  • Prioritize new and creative ideas and solutions
  • Ideas and solutions must be consistent with the company's mission and culture
  • Got an idea, the solution is to propose
  • It was proposed to analyze and develop an implementation plan
  • Having an implementation plan is to evaluate the feasibility and reasonableness
  • It is feasible, it is reasonable to do it
  • Having done is to support and unite towards a common goal

III. Progressive but sustainable

"What are we doing that we need to continue What are we doing that we need to stop? What have not been done that we need to start"

Progress is not only adding new habits, new knowledge, new skills but also eliminating ineffective habits, knowledge and skills.

  • Personal progress: continuously practice habits, study, cultivate knowledge, practice working skills, life skills.
  • Team progress: strengthen coordination skills
  • Organizational progress: enhancing professionalism, operations

Progressive but sustainable:

  • Learning is not only temporary but needs to be regular and continuous
  • It is better to study less with application than to learn much without application

IV. Live honestly but have a dream

  • Feel what you're doing
  • Willing to do the right thing

Not only living the truth but also having dreams:

  • The members need to have an ideal of life If you don't have one, find your ideal life
